Through 6-day holiday camps, the participants had the opportunity to learn and experience how every job has the potential to integrate sustainable action. By using creative formats, the BOOM camps supported young people to explore important questions pertaining to their future careers and find pathways to live and work sustainably. The “How to BOOM” manual provides inspiration and guidance on how to plan and implement sustainable job orientation camps.
