Starting date: immediately (please indicate your possible starting date) Working hours: up to 100% Duration: 2 years, an extension is intended Location: Wuppertal, Germany Your tasks: Human Resources planning and recruiting Human resource development Strategic human resources development and retention Personnel service Act as contact person for employees at the CSCP on contract, vacation and salary matters. Here you will work closely with Controlling and the Management Assistance Reporting Personnel-related evaluations and reports, generating input for management decisions You have A completed education/degree in business and/or organisational field Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an international working environment Strong communication and organisational skills Team spirit, assertiveness and proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Language skills Since German and English are the working languages of the CSCP, therefore fluency in both written and spoken German and English is required.
