BOOM Project Participates in youcoN 2019

“How would we live in 2030? What would we wear? What would we eat? How would we move from one place to another? Where does energy come from?” These questions guided the participants of youcoN 2019 through their vision of 2030. Last month the CSCP joined the youcoN with a few BOOM tools in their luggage. The Sustainable Island Mauritius Project Held a Pro-Handprint Innovation Workshop in Mauritius

Winners of the “Bio-based Material of the Year 2019”

Compostable sanitary pads from India, sustainable fibres from Finland and home compostable coffee capsules from Germany are the winners of the innovation award “Bio-based Material of the Year 2019” For the 12th year in a row, the innovation award “Bio-based Material of the Year” has been granted to the young, innovative bio-based chemicals and materials industry. Handprint Pioneer Workshop: New Perspectives on Sustainability

The CSCP held the Handprint Pioneer Workshop at the CSCP in May for companies who are keen to innovate their products through sustainability. REFRESH Final Conference 2019 Will Continue the Spirit of Food Waste Reduction

The REFRESH final conference 2019 presented that the processes initiated during the 4-year project will continue after the project ends. 150 participants from all across Europe, China, Australia and the United States came together on 10 May 2019 in the Disseny Hub Barcelona for the final REFRESH conference.
