Regina joined the Sustainable Lifestyles (SL) Team in February 2025.

Before joining the CSCP, she worked on connecting diverse stakeholders, fostering innovation, and managing large multi-stakeholder initiatives. Her experience includes sourcing and negotiating collaborations between citizens, global startups, and large organisations across the globe, with the goal of making sustainable outcomes more present in everyday life.

She also gained experience at Kickstart Innovation, the largest sustainability-focused accelerator in Switzerland, where she led climathons and mentorship programs to foster local innovation through scalable sustainable ideas. Later at EIT Climate-KIC she activated large scale national programmes applying systems thinking and systems transformation and leading change within industrial value chains.

In earlier stages of her career, she worked at the Valencian Representation at the European Committee of the Regions in Brussels, where she monitored EU policies, identified international partners for the region, and worked in the areas of sustainable development, green investment, and digital connectivity.

Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in leading international projects in the fields of sustainability and circular economy. Regina is particularly passionate about food systems and the role of technology and innovation in driving positive change in our lifestyles and environment.

Regina holds two master’s degrees. She earned her first degree in International Business Management from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain, completing her thesis at the National University of Tainan, Taiwan. She also studied economics at Tongji University in Shanghai on a government scholarship. In 2020, she completed a Master of Advanced Studies at the University of Zurich.

With an entrepreneurial mindset and strong international background, Regina is comfortable working across cultures and languages. She is fluent in English, French, German, Chinese, and Spanish.

Regina is a Spanish national.
