She identifies relevant funding opportunities, supports colleagues in developing project ideas and applications, and helps navigate funder-specific requirements and processes. In this role, she works closely with foundations, German ministries and other public funding bodies to connect CSCP’s sustainability expertise with suitable funding opportunities.

Before joining the CSCP, Ann-Kathrin worked in the non-profit and public sectors in fundraising, partnership management and project management. Through these roles, she developed a strong understanding of the German funding landscape and extensive experience in building and managing funding partnerships.

Education

She holds an M.A in Social Sciences with a focus on Sociology and Cultural Anthropology from Ruhr-University Bochum and a B.A. Latin American Studies and Sociology from University of Cologne.

I believe in progress, not perfection when it comes to sustainability, every change we make matters.
