Close the Loop! Learn the Tools and Methods to Implement SDG 12 Successfully

Learn the tools and methods to implement SDG12 successfully! In collaboration with the Knowledge Centre for Sustainable Development of the United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC), the CSCP developed a six-week online course with weekly webinars. This course is open to UN Staff, policy makers, entrepreneurs, innovators, civil society, and interested consumers willing to make responsible consumption and production happen

More than a conceptual training, this course aims to support YOU as a sustainability practitioner, decision-maker, policy advisor, producer, and consumer to gain a hands-on, experiential understanding of:

• why responsible consumption and production is such a key area within the Sustainable Development Goals;

• in what ways sustainable consumption and production (SCP) relates to your work and to your daily life; and

• the most important definitions and tools for SCP.

The course will emphasise how SDGs are used to identify opportunities and barriers in three areas: products and services, business models, and lifestyles and behaviour,

This six-week online course starts on May 22nd and ends on June 30th, 2017. The weekly webinars will have speakers from the CSCP, the UN, and practitioners from the private sector and civil society. Registration closes on May 15th, 2017

The course costs USD1250. You will be issued a certificate upon completion.
