How to BOOM – Manual for the Implementation of Holiday Camps on Vocational Orientation, Sustainability and Crafts

In the period from 2020 to 2022, the BOOM holiday camps introduced teenagers and young adults to craft professions in the context of sustainable development. Through 6-day holiday camps, the participants had the opportunity to learn and experience how every job has the potential to integrate sustainable action. By using creative formats, the BOOM camps supported young people to explore important questions pertaining to their future careers and find pathways to live and work sustainably. The “How to BOOM” manual (in German) provides inspiration and guidance on how to plan and implement sustainable job orientation camps.
