Living Lab Governance Framework and Train-of-Trainer Sessions This report supports the development of a joint governance structure and a co-creation framework across the iCOSHELLs living labs, ensuring alignment with the Mission Soil initiative. It is designed for iCOSHELLs living lab implementers, consortium partners, and external stakeholders interested in soil health living labs. Key aspects include a governance framework that outlines guiding principles and monitoring systems, a structured co-creation concept with eight sessions per living lab, and practical tools for promoting soil literacy and adhering to data and ethical guidelines. The report also highlights a Train-of-Trainer’s programme conducted between January and March 2025, which facilitated knowledge transfer and peer learning. Major contributors include ATB (governance success factors), GAIA (operational structures), CETENMA (soil health indicators), and RISE (soil literacy activities). Together, these efforts ensure coherence across living labs while allowing for local adaptation, fostering innovation in soil health research and application. *This report is under review by EC.
