The PathoCERT Stakeholder Engagement Plan

To ensure the design and deployment of better technologies, services and governance mechanisms with a higher likelihood of effectiveness and long-term success, a multi-stakeholder engagement approach is crucial. This report describes an approach developed and implemented in the PathoCERT project. Through it, the project is enabling  an on-going and inclusive dialogue among all relevant actors that can directly or indirectly contribute to improving the protection of first responders against multiple and unexpected dangers as well as enhancing their capacities to respond to emergencies.
