With over 14 years of experience, she specialises in facilitating sustainable transformation projects across public and private sectors. She is engaged in topics such as decent work in global supply chains, multi-stakeholder engagement, sustainable garments, and diversity & inclusion. She holds a PhD in International Development, an MSc in Social and Organisational Psychology, and a Diploma in Business Administration. Her professional journey began at a strategy consultancy firm, where she played a key role in coordinating and supporting public initiatives aimed at driving social transformation in business. Following that, she transitioned to an international freelance advisory role, working on social sustainability initiatives for both public and private entities. Among others, she co-developed and advised an initiative promoting gender diversity in businesses across the MENA region. Her PhD research delved into the topic of decent work within garment and textile supplier firms in Egypt and Jordan. Britta worked extensively in the Middle East and in Eastern Europe on social sustainability issues. A firm believer in the power of multi-stakeholder engagement, Britta thrives in international environments and is passionate about fostering collaboration across contexts. In addition to her work at CSCP, she is passionate about teaching and empirical research and works as a freelance lecturer for universities. Britta is a German national.
