Her main expertise as former head of an in-house consultancy lies in project management of large scale and international projects, lean production and process optimisation. Among the projects she was responsible for the implementation of shop floor management, establishing a company-wide continuous improvement culture and the implementation of a Manufacturing Execution System system. She holds a M.Sc. degree, University of Kassel, Germany, as business engineer with 13 years of experience in the food industry. She is engaged in topics such as biodiversity and circular economy and pursues a lifestyle that is aligned with a vision of a sustainable future. Daniela strongly believes in the power of communication and involvement to change behaviour and mindsets, underpinned by her excellent language speaking skills.
