Elliana is a Senior Expert at the CSCP, specialising in Digital Product Passports (DPPs), circular business model innovation, and digital trust. She connects sustainability policy with digital solutions and cross-sector collaboration to help businesses turn product data into practical opportunities for circular value creation.

Areas of expertise

Elliana works at the intersection of circular economy, digitalisation, and EU sustainability policy. Her expertise includes DPP readiness and use-case development, battery passports, digital identity, interoperability, and data governance. She combines policy analysis with stakeholder engagement, capacity building, and workshop facilitation to help organisations understand emerging requirements, identify business opportunities, and build partnerships across product value chains.

Current work

Within the CSCP’s Sustainable Business and Entrepreneurship team, Elliana supports businesses and project partners in exploring how digital product information can enable circular business models. Her focus includes electronics and household appliances, with applications in repair, refurbishment, reuse, and recycling. She works with manufacturers, retailers, technology providers, and other value-chain actors to connect their information needs, develop practical use cases, and strengthen collaboration. Through workshops and stakeholder dialogue, she translates complex regulatory and digital topics into actionable approaches for companies, including SMEs.

Previous experience

Elliana is the founder and CEO of CircularTech Forum, a global platform and community dedicated to Digital Product Passports. She has built a network connecting businesses, policymakers, researchers, and technology providers through conferences, workshops, and knowledge exchange. Her previous roles in sustainability management at neuland and solution management at Spherity combine experience in corporate sustainability with digital identity and trust technologies. She has co-authored the white paper “The Economics of Digital Product Passports – From Materials to Market.”

Education

She holds a PhD in political science with a focus on climate change.
