Elliana joined the Sustainable Business and Entrepreneurship (SBE) Team at the CSCP in 2025. She is a passionate advocate for sustainable development, with a strong commitment to advancing the Circular Economy through the strategic integration of digital identity and trust technologies. Holding a PhD in Politics with a focus on climate change, she brings a deep academic understanding to the complex environmental challenges facing our world today.

As the founder of CircularTech, a global platform and community dedicated to Digital Product Passports (DPPs), Elliana leads efforts to bridge the gap between circular economy principles and digital innovation. CircularTech serves as a hub for cross-sector collaboration, empowering stakeholders to implement DPPs and accelerate the transition toward smarter, more circular business models.

In her role as Senior Expert at CSCP, Elliana contributes her deep expertise in circular economy and digitalization, with a particular focus on the core enablers of a smart circular economy: Digital Product Passports, digital trust infrastructure, and interoperability. Her work supports the development of secure, transparent, and connected supply chains—critical to scaling sustainability at the global level.

Elliana’s initiatives represent a vital step toward the practical integration of digital identity, trust frameworks, and circular economy principles. By advancing these technologies, she is helping to shape a future where sustainability, transparency, and innovation go hand in hand.
