His bachelor thesis explored integral-evolutionary forms of organisation in the non-profit sector, showcasing his passion for innovation and organisational transformation. Currently, Ingmar is pursuing a master’s degree in Management of Cultural and Non-Profit Organisations at the Rheinland-Pfälzische Technische Universität. Ingmar Thomas is a German citizen.
