His work at the CSCP centres around the design and implementation of sustainability strategies in diverse contexts. He contributes to projects that address circular economy, sustainable public procurement, and organisational change. With a strong focus on collaboration between sectors, he supports the development of practical solutions that link policy, business, and civil society. Ingmar holds a Master’s degree in Management of Culture and Non-Profit Organisations from the Technical University of Kaiserslautern (RPTU). His studies mainly focused on organisational development, project management, and communication strategies in the civil society sector. His master’s thesis analysed cooperation potentials between companies and Open Creative Labs (OCLs) — such as Makerspaces and FabLabs — with a particular focus on their potential to address skilled labour shortages through early engagement and practice-based learning environments. Alongside his academic work, Ingmar gained practical experience in public engagement, funding acquisition, and participatory project design through his long-standing voluntary role as board member of a youth-focused non-profit organisation. Through this role, he gained insights into leadership, community development, and policy advocacy at the local level. Ingmar is a German national.
