Janna joined the CSCP in 2023 as a Project Manager at the Sustainable Business and Entrepreneurship Team (SBE).

She supports small and medium-sized enterprises on topics related to digitalisation and sustainability. Central to her work is to inspire and enable companies to use digitalisation and its related tools and processes as a lever for designing and implementing sustainable businesses models and thus accelerate the transition toward socially and environmentally-friendly business.

As co-founder and former managing director of an impact hub in North-Rhein Westphalia, Janna worked together with universities, businesses, civil society organisations and public institutions in different cities in the region and beyond to support and enable social entrepreneurship. She is passionate about creating greater positive impact on topics such as climate change, circular economy, or gender equality and has been particularly active in supporting more women-led (sustainable) businesses and a more diverse start-up scene.

Janna has a background in communication and has worked for several years as a public relations manager in the music industry.

Janna is a German national.
