Kilian joined the Sustainable Infrastructure, Products and Services (SIPS) team as a student assistant in October 2021.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science in English from the University of Trier. Besides his studies, Kilian got involved as a tutor at Trier Model United Nations, which sparked his interest in sustainable development. At several simulated UN conferences held in cities such as Erfurt, Berlin and New York, Kilian gained first-hand experience of environmental policy issues such as implementing the circular economy and reducing marine pollution.
Since October 2021, Kilian has been studying in the Master’s programme in Political Science at the University of Bonn. There, he conducts research on the topics of global challenges, sustainability and resource policy, among others.
Kilian Braun is a German citizen.
