Lucía joined the CSCP in October 2025 in the Sustainable Business and Entrepreneurship team (SBE), contributing to projects in sustainable tourism and energy transition.

She holds a degree in Industrial Design with a specialisation in Textile Design from the National University of Mar del Plata (UNMDP), Argentina, where she also worked as a teaching and research assistant for several years, participating in projects at the intersection of sustainable design and material research. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Integrated Design Research at the Köln International School of Design (KISD, TH Köln) with a full DAAD scholarship, within the Material Systems & Lab Culture cluster.

Her academic research sits at the crossroads of design and sustainability, rooted in material experimentation — exploring how natural and bio-based materials can respond to environmental challenges and open new possibilities for sustainable design. This work has been presented at academic institutions and cultural spaces across Argentina, Brazil and Germany, and has led to collaborations and exhibitions in Berlin and Buenos Aires.
At CSCP, Lucía brings a design research perspective to sustainability projects. Having come to research through design, she applies design thinking and participatory approaches to sustainability challenges — placing people and context at the centre of the process. She is drawn to the spaces where research, social innovation, and strategic action meet, and is motivated by work that translates findings into outcomes that are both meaningful and actionable.

Lucía is an Argentine citizen.
