Marc joined the CSCP as part of the Sustainable Lifestyles Team in 2025.

His main areas of focus are threefold: First, capacity and skill building within organisations, with a dedicated focus on enabling the HR function and other change leaders. Second, strengthening democracy, diversity and inclusion in organisations. And third, developing organisations towards effective horizontal collaboration and change acceleration.

Before joining the CSCP, Marc gained extensive experience as an international Human Resources Leader within the Financial Services, Healthcare and Renewable Energy industries. He has a strong track record in leading complex change processes, balancing diverse stakeholder interests, and fostering horizontal collaboration for sustainable business results. Marc also combines a strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with empathy and the ability to communicate effectively across a wide range of stakeholders and target audiences.

After more than 20 years as a Human Resources professional in the private sector, Marc decided to apply his competencies on a broader scale. He is determined to dedicate his energy to sustainable transformation, adding more value to our society and to future generations. His passion for sustainability stems from his life-long love for nature and also from his three children, who opened his perspective beyond his own life-span. Marc feels that within our current ecological and social crises there are tremendous opportunities to create a good life for all – today and for future generations.

Marc completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management and Marketing. He is a skilled facilitator and communicator and puts his focus on enabling and empowering people in a collaborative approach.
