Marcia joined the Sustainable Lifestyles team (SL) at the CSCP in 2024. With a solid background in brand communications and campaign management with a focus on sustainability initiatives, Marcia brings her experience in promoting environmental sustainability to organisations.

With more than four years of retail marketing experience, she brings her expertise in communicating sustainable issues to create impactful solutions and actively drive change towards more sustainable business operations. Marcia worked for the retail brands REWE and REWE To Go, where she led several marketing campaigns and projects.

Her academic background with a M.Sc. in Marketing Management from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands and a double Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia and the University of Applied Sciences Pforzheim in Germany provided a solid foundation. These studies, enriched with international experience and her curiosity for sustainability issues, have equipped Marcia with a unique perspective on global challenges and the skills to tackle them effectively.

Marcia is a German citizen.
