Nils joined CSCP in January 2024 as a communications coordinator. His focus is on using insights from psychology and social science to maximise the impact and reach of the projects he works on. He leads project-specific communication activities.

Nils holds a Master’s degree in Psychology in Business and Economics from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon, Portugal (M.Sc.) and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from the University of Twente in Enschede, the Netherlands (B.Sc.).

During and after his studies, Nils gained experience in consulting, organisational development and communication at the small consultancy It’s about Leadership. He then joined the communications team at the ZOE Institute for Future-fit Economies, a think & do tank for sustainable economic development and governance with a focus on European policy. Before joining CSCP, he was involved in scientific research projects, organising online and offline events, and developing and implementing communication strategies, social media channels and websites.

At CSCP, he manages the communication activities for several projects. His main responsibilities include developing communication strategies, engaging networks and communities, organising events and creating content for various communication channels. He is most actively involved in a project that aims to transform the Bergisch triangle into a co-creative sustainable economy by operationalising the Fab City framework.

Nils is a German national.
