Stephan joined the Sustainable Business and Entrepreneurship (SBE) team in 2024.

He brings over 25 years of expertise in digital transformation, process optimisation, and sustainable innovation to support impactful organisational change.

Stephan holds a Dipl.-Ing. in Process Engineering from RWTH Aachen. His career began in the industrial sector, focusing on digitalisation and application development. He later founded and managed a consulting firm specialising in reporting, planning, and forecasting solutions for large enterprises across diverse industries. In subsequent roles, Stephan gained deep insights into the significance of corporate culture as a key factor in business success, integrating this understanding into his consulting work.

At CSCP, Stephan applies a holistic approach to transformation, combining his expertise in digitalisation, process optimisation, and organisational culture to create integrated solutions for sustainability-driven businesses. His work focuses on enabling organisations to build resilience and adopt future-oriented strategies that align business practices with sustainability goals.

Stephan is passionate about fostering a regenerative economy and advancing transformative practices that benefit society and the environment. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, running, and exploring the outdoors with his Bearded Collie, Rosi. He is committed to collaborating with like-minded individuals to shape a sustainable and value-driven future.
