Discover Hello Transformation: Nature-Based Learning for Future Transformation Leaders

Setting sustainable transformations in motion requires thinking out of the box and employing creative approaches that give way to impactful solutions. The co-do lab has launched its Hello Transformation! workshop series, a unique nature-based learning experience designed for future leaders of sustainable transformation.

Set amidst the beautiful surroundings of Gut Einern in Wuppertal, Germany the workshop allows participants to embark on a journey that combines theoretical insights with practical, hands-on experiences in nature. Together, we explore key topics such as biodiversity, climate change, Circular Economy, behaviour change and organisational transformation, while also developing essential skills aligned with the Inner Development Goals (IDGs).

The participants of the first round of the workshop were involved in activities like planting seeds in the permaculture garden or cooking together in the outdoor kitchen. This fostered deep connections between personal growth and sustainability, opening up new perspectives and broadening their understanding of sustainability through real-world examples.

As part of the programme, transformation leaders can:

  • Gain expert insights and engage in interactive sessions on core sustainability topics with specialists from the respective fields
  • Experience Gut Einern as a living example of sustainable transformation and agriculture in practice
  • Benefit from outdoor coaching methods and reflect on how you can apply what you’ve learned to your organisation
  • Enjoy four days in the permaculture garden, full of inspiring experiences and a community of like-minded people

Building on the success of the first round, the co-do lab will host a second Hello Transformation! workshop in October 2024 (already fully booked). Further workshops are planned for 2025 – take a closer look here for updates on how you can join one of the upcoming sessions!
