KochCup Cookbook of Sustainable Recipes

This cookbook presents a selection of creative, healthy, and sustainable dishes of our KochCup project finalists. As part of the “KochCup – Your Sustainable Recipe for the European Championship” competition funded by the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, trainee chefs have developed innovative recipes that are not only delicious, but also climate-friendly and sports-friendly. The book contains the 12 best recipes that prevailed in regional competitions, including the award-winning dishes created by Lucie Fischer Chapalain, Leon Girrbach, and Jens Kleinfelder.
