Camila joined the CSCP in 2024 as a Design Assistant in the Creative & Communication Team.

She is a brand and graphic designer from São Paulo, Brazil, with seven years of experience in different environments and structures. From advertising agencies to cultural institutions and freelancing, she gathered an eclectic background that shaped her perspectives and fuelled where she wants to go next. Over these years, she has experimented a lot with graphic design, helping to refresh the visual identity of clients ranging from start-ups and media to political collectives and third sector organisations. Her experience as a freelancer, particularly with small organisations, has taught her how to create impactful designs with limited resources and turn constraints into opportunities for unique visuals.

She is currently pursuing a Master’s programme at the Cologne International School of Design (KISD), where she is deepening her understanding of the role of design in society, expanding her theoretical and visual knowledge and strengthening her ability to steer projects with a high degree of autonomy and freedom. Her design work is strongly influenced by her critical awareness of the political and social challenges of our time. She approaches each project with attention and careful evaluation, motivated by the firm belief that it is always possible to find better solutions. Alongside her studies, she works with the creative team at CSCP, where she creates visual design for projects dedicated to finding effective solutions for social and environmental sustainability.

Camila is a German and Brazilian national.
