Fachgebiete

Arlind works across sustainability transformation, consumer behaviour, behaviour change, and stakeholder engagement. His expertise includes managing complex international and interdisciplinary projects, coordinating multi-stakeholder partnerships, and ensuring effective implementation across objectives, timelines, budgets, and expected impacts. He applies behavioural science and participatory approaches to design and evaluate processes including living labs, behavioural pilots, citizen and stakeholder co-creation workshops, and capacity-building programmes. His thematic expertise covers sustainable consumption, with a focus on enabling  sustainable practices across different stages of everyday life and product and service lifecycles; from purchasing decisions and consumption patterns to use and end-of-life practices.

Aktuelle Arbeit

At the CSCP, Arlind focuses on applying behavioural and participatory approaches to support sustainable consumption and lifestyle changes across different contexts. His work explores how people make decisions in everyday life, how sustainability solutions can better reflect their realities, and how organisations can create enabling conditions for change.

His current work spans sustainable food systems, food waste prevention, alternative proteins, and digital solutions that support consumers in understanding and changing their everyday practices. He supports organisations in translating an understanding of people’s behaviours and needs into practical interventions, strategies, and governance approaches that can support broader sustainability transitions.

Working across European and international contexts, Arlind collaborates with businesses, public authorities, civil society organisations, and other stakeholders to develop solutions that connect societal needs with sustainability objectives. He contributes to projects funded through public, private, and philanthropic channels, supporting partners in turning sustainability ambitions into actionable initiatives.
